Common Questions

Do I need any special hardware?
No. You only need an Android phone (version 5.0 or higher) that your business already uses to receive calls, plus an internet connection. The app reads the calls arriving on that handset, using the SIM already in it. The call has to ring on the Android phone: a landline that does not also ring on an Android handset cannot be detected.

How does the caller popup appear?
When a call comes in, the Android app detects the incoming number and sends it to your dashboard in real time. A popup appears with the customer's name, address, and recent history before you answer.

Does it work for multiple staff members?
Yes. Every operator logged into the dashboard sees the same caller popup at the same time. Your plan sets how many operator logins you get, one per phone line: Starter 1, Professional 2, Business 4.

What if the caller isn't in my database?
A "New Customer" popup appears with the phone number pre-filled. Your staff can enter the name and details during the call, and the record is saved immediately for future calls.

Does the Android app need to stay open?
The app needs to be running on your business phone — either in the foreground or background. It listens for incoming calls automatically without any manual steps from your staff.
