Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit callscoutpro.com and click "Start Free Trial".
Enter your:
- Business name
- Email address
- Password

Step 2: Log In to Your Dashboard
After creating your account, log in to the CallScout Pro web dashboard using the same email and password you created during signup.
From your dashboard, you can manage your business information and view incoming call details.
Step 3: Download the Android App
From your dashboard, go to Settings → Download App.
Download and install the CallScout Pro Android app on the Android phone that receives your business calls.
Step 4: Configure the Mobile App
Open the CallScout Pro app and log in using the same credentials:
- Email: Your CallScout Pro account email
- Password: Your account password
The mobile app will automatically connect with your CallScout Pro account.
Step 5: Make a Test Call
Call your business number from another phone.
The CallScout Pro dashboard on your computer should show a call popup with the caller's details, including:
- Customer name
- Previous interactions
- Customer history
- Notes and other available information
For unknown numbers, you can create a new customer profile directly from the dashboard.
